FOTL wait times after 4pm...

For those of you who go often, have you noticed FOTL times increase with the new PAP people?

I am trying to decide which passes to buy... stay on site and buy the cheap pass with blackouts, or stay at DVC and buy the PAP, and just go over to US/IOA for a couple of hours in the evenings..

Also do they ever suspend the AP FOTL access?

I've never, ever had them suspend FOTL for Premier. I doubt they would since that's marketed as a feature of the pass and we have to wait till 4 p.m. anyway...I for one would be complaining big time if they did!

You won't see the lines go up much after 4 because the PAPs are offset by the people who purchased Express and used it up already...although you will see plenty of them trying to reuse it. It's rare we wait very long except at the most busy times of the year, and even then it's generally not longer than 15 mins. The busiest seems to be Mummy and Simpsons...at IOA, the Express lines are all usually minimal to non-existent in the evening.

If you're thinking of a Premier, I say go for it! The free valet alone is well worth it. The only way they'd take my Premier away is prying it out of my cold, dead hands.

Those are Preferred Annual Pass (PAP) and Premier AP. The Premier Pass comes with Express access after 4pm for passholders.
