FOTL Question: If staying 2 nites, is FOTL good for 3 days universal parks visit?

Staying Sunday Nite, Monday nite, checking out of Universal Hard Rock Hotel on Tuesday Morning, is this Front of the line benefit valid for us to use Sun, Mon and Tuesday?
