Can you get a room key for FOTL the day you check-in (in the morning prior to actually checking in) and what about using it on the day you checkout?

Staying at RPR in Mar

Thanks

Yes. You can get your room key early on the morning of check-in and use it all day the day of checkout.

If your room isn't ready when you check in, they give you the key and you can call later in the day to find out the room number. No need to stand in line again.

FOTL is the best.

Have fun.

It's good to show up early in the morning if you can. If you have to fly in the day before and stay at a cheap hotel for the night, then do it. If you check in at 8am, there will be no line and a room may be ready. In the afternoon, the line can be 30 minutes and they won't have a room until 4pm.
Getting your magic key early in the morning, and then heading over to the parks is the best.

Plan on staying near Sea World for a couple nights before moving over to RPR. I have LoewsFirst so from what I understand the checkin line is a seperate one.

i always check in early and have zero problems with the fotl room key

last month i checked in around 8 am, received my room key.
was given a number to call around noon to find out my room number.

the employee codes your room number into your card that you have and when you return to the hotel from the parks you do not have to stop by the front desk for that info.

call the front desk from your room and your luggage will be brought up to you.

checking in early is great !
all the paper work has been completed and you are free to go to the parks then. you can use the transportation provided by the hotels at the point you have checked in.

Definitely have to agree. We arrived late (12pm) from traffic and they didn't have a room until 4pm, but said if we arrived that morning - we would receive our requested room (IOA view) and a room then.
