Can you purchase an add on to the ticket to allow FOTL access or is this only a resort perk? If so, how much? Thanks

You can use the free Universal Express tickets. You can also purchase the Universal Express Plus tickets, which gives you Universal Express access to all the rides that offer Universal Express. Universal Express Plus tickets, however, can be used once per ride. The unlimited Universal Express access that on-site guests enjoy can only be obtained if you stay at an on-site hotel.

I heard someone asking about the Express Pass Plus tix today at the park and she was told the tix were $35. The price changes depending on the crowds.
