We may go to US/IOA next summer in August. What kind of waits can we expect that time of year with FOTL access?

Universal Express lines are generally no longer than 15 minutes, although some of the more popular rides may have a little longer wait in Express.

I have been there twice during the week of July 4th and the waits with the magic room key were not long at all. A lot were walk ons. The longest was for Hulk and was about 20 minutes.

We were there in July as well and when I saw the crowds I thought there was no way this would work, but boy was I wrong. You truly do get into the attractions in 15 minutes or less.

The FOTL thing is unbelievable!!! We were a bit skeptical---you know, the whole too good to be true thing---but we were proven wrong quickly and painlessly!!!

Most were walk-ons. Longest wait was Shrek, and it was the length of the show because we happened into the line at exactly the WRONG time. Even so, comparing our 20+ minute wait to the posted 120 minute wait is ridiculous!!!

we have been to universal many times but the best time we have ever had was when we stayed at the royal pacific.
And the privledge of fotl. It is the best. Even in the busiest times we never waited more than 15 minutes.
but I would also check out the single rider line. Sometimes it can be even faster to take the single rider line. My son and I were able to ride men in black seven times in a row by using the single rider line. It was great. My son and I were almost always in the same car but not sitting together this small inconvience was well worth it.

Agree, Hulk will have a 20 minute wait at noon.
The big advantage to FOTL is in the late afternoon, early evening. The express ticket machines will be shut down (sold out). Only hotel guests will be using those lines at that time.

Universal has it down to a science. It really does work well.
