Anyone know if there are wheelchair accessible motor home camp sites?

Thanks
Cindy

There are accessible cabins, as for the campsites, they are all paved and reasonably level. All comfort stations have handicap facilities as well. Let me know if you need to know anything else.

Even though they are the most expensive, I would recommend a Premium Campsite. They are 100% concrete and are plenty wide and long for most any motorhome and will leave you plenty of room to maneuver a scooter or wheelchair around the campsite.

If you have an ECV or electric wheelchair, it is super easy to just ride around all of the sidewalks at the Fort without using the internal buses. If you have a manual wheelchair all of the internal buses are handicapped accesible in order to get around the campground.

As the previous poster stated, all of the comfort stations have a large accessible shower stall.

All of Fort Wilderness is very level and no curbs to have to find cutouts to drive the wheelchair around.
