Fort Wilderness Holiday Decorations

We will be staying at WL in mid-Dec, but would like to check out the awesome holiday decorations at the FW campsites. I've been checking availability for the Holiday Sleigh Rides everyday, but no luck yet. Whenever we've stayed at FW in the past, we've rented a golf cart. Do you know if it's possible to rent a cart for just a few hours as a guest of another resort? Thinking this might be a fun way of touring the decorations. Thanks!

It is not possible to rent a golf cart when you are a guest at any other resort than Fort Wilderness. And at Halloween, Disney shut down access to FW for anyone without a reservation or an activity on property (Hoop De Doo, Segway tour, pony rides, etc) and I don't know if they will do it at Christmas but I wouldn't be surprised.
