Hi all! We will be staying in a cabin for a week and have no rental car. We have friends staying offsite, would they be able to come park at our cabin to visit us? Thanks!

Yes, but they will need to let the gate guard know they are visiting registered guests and show ID.

There was a gate, without a guard right before you entered the actual sites so someone from your party would need to meet to let them in.

This is if I am remembering correctly, but I thought I had to use my room key twice. Once at the guard gates and once to enter past the Outpost area.

Oh that's great they can visit us... rather than us going to them because we won't have a car.. so i'll give them our name and reservation # so they can tell the guard they are visiting us.. anything else i need to know?

We were just there and if they go through the main entrance they just get in the guard shack lane and will need to have a photo ID to present, it would also be good if they had your exact location on property as well as your full name. That is the only time you need your Magicband to enter and that is the only time they will need to speak to someone to get in.
