Fort wilderness bus question?

We scheduled horse back riding at 2:30, for 45 minutes. We then scheduled HDDR at 4:00. Will that be enough time, we will be done with horseback riding at 3:15, we will need to get the bus and go to other end of resort (we will have a car but can't drive it is that right?). I remember the ride is about 10 minutes, but how often do they pick up. We should be there by 3:45 for check in correct.

I don't think I'd want to bet on being off the horse by 3:15. I've seen the rides go off late, and IIRC you dismount at a little platform, and you have to wait your turn to get up to it. But I don't know whether Disney factors that into their time estimate.

Buses average about every 5 minutes, but you could wait as long as 15. The travel time may be closer to 15 than 10, depending on which route the bus takes, how many Guests are getting on or off at the various stops, traffic inside the campground, and whether the bus driver is a speedster.

I think you could reasonably expect to arrive by 4, but I'm not too confident about 3:45.

you are correct about no car parking at HDDR. but I am not sure you have enough time to make it. delays when humans and animals are involved happen. it could very easily be closer to 330 or 345 when you are done and ready for the bus. how long the bus takes will depend on how many other people and where they are going. bus will stop or almost stop at loop or stop. so you could be later than 4 when you get there. plus this time of day could easily have campers arriving which slow down the buses.
