Fort golf cart rental is not on site reservation-

Heads up- renting a cart is separate from your "account" with a FW site. We paid for the cart with gift cards, were told the balance was on account.The gift carts discarded by the CM, however the card balance did not appear during check out. One hour trying to remedy, late for breakfast, then cashing out at breakfast "there's no money on your account, we need another form of payment" (even the manager couldn't remedy). Thanks to Ashley, for following me out, when I left, to reassure me it'd be straightened out.
Cart was fun though!
