What does it require to "Officially Book" Does anyone know? We def want to get in on this, especially since I wont be able to feed my Disney habit as much in hte next few years as I'd like to.... Since its the begining of the school year, we'll probably be going solo if I can con my parents into babysitting

BTW I guess this would be the place that we start the FE exchange, who and how many want to join in on this? I have one being made for me from someone I found on Esty, she is also on the DIS and does great work, I am hoping to have it by July 4th, so I can show who ever is at the FT., I know it is a long time until the cruise, but If I don't start planning now I will never get anything done. (I am still working on my Disney photo albums for the kids 5 years in the making, see I'm slow )

Just an FYI -- people are beginning to book the pre- and post-stays at Fort Wilderness (or other WDW resorts)!

If you would like to camp, or stay at a Disney resort, for a few nights before or after the cruise, let me know. Even if you want just one night prior, that's ok too.

I can make room-only (or campsite-only) reservations now, at non-guaranteed 2011 rates. That way, you'll be sure to get the type of campsite or room that you want. Then, later this summer, when 2011 rates are released, your total will just be adjusted a little bit.

Here's the form to fill out: Pre or Post Stay reservation.

2011 dates are not on that form yet, so just enter 2010 and I'll change it on my end, when it comes through to me.

I so wish we could join everyone on this cruise, but, being a school teacher, its a no go! I am hoping to only teach for one more year, so if that happens, then maybe we can get in "last minute!"

Is anyone doing a 1 or 2 night pre-stay? If so, what resort?

I am debating on whether to do a 1 night pre-stay and let Disney handle the rest vs. driving directly to the port.

We're doing 3-nights pre-stay. So far, we're thinking of staying at a Moderate. Haven't decided which one yet though. Maybe POFQ.

I've had 2 people reserve 3 nights pre-stay at FW.

I was thinking about either before or after not sure which one but we would bring the MH and stay at the FT, the only thing is where do we put the MH during the cruise? Can we park the MH at the Port? And if we could how safe do you think it would be?
