Former Walt Disney Carolwood property for sale - only $90 Million!

Saw this on the CNN website. Thought this was worth a mention on the boards. Guess I know what to buy when I win the powerball.

the problem is that it's the "Carolwood Estate" in name only. The original house (along with most of the grounds and the train track) was torn down to build the current Italianite monstrosity! The only thing that's left is the old train tunnel. I'd pass on it in favor for a house that Walt actually lived in: http://la.curbed.com/archives/2011/07/the_house_that_mickey_built_walt_disneys_estate_in_los_feliz.php

And hey it was only 4 million, what a deal!
