Formal Night on 7 night Western

Just wondering when the formal night is on the 7 night Western Cruise. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary on the cruise and want to be sure and have a great dinner at Palo's. We have to decide what night to book it pretty soon.

Also, is there a good website that has up to date navigators for the cruise?
