My son is 49 inches tall but he is tiny. He weighs about 48 pounds. Will he have a hard time riding FJ since it moves around so much. I don't want him to feel like he is going to fall out. Also, does anybody have a picture of the seats? I remember seeing one some time ago but can't find it. How many can ride together? Thanks

I'm sure someone will post a picture, but there is a harness type restraint that comes down from overhead similar to the ones on the loop roller coasters such as Rock N Roller Coaster. My DD7 went on it and was physically fine; it is very secure. (Although she didn't really enjoy it.) 4 people fit across in individual seats.

Just curious what your DD didn't like about it. We're going this weekend, and my 6 year old is tall enough and she loves rides like Dinosaur and Everest, but doesn't like Tower of Terror. I don't know what she's going to think about FJ, but she's excited to try it.

To the OP, here are some pictures of the seats I found that might help...

I like the guy on the left! He looks so intrigued! ;)

My DD likes fast rides (such as Everest) and spooky rides (such as Haunted Mansion) etc... but she does not like loud things. She has never tried Dinosaur, so I can't compare but I am guessing that would be a ride she might not enjoy. She didn't like the fact that things jumped out at you on FJ and I think she became a little overwhelmed.
The other big problem was mine and DH's fault. We are a family of 5, so we had to ride 3 and 2. She wanted to ride with me and we said fine without really thinking. I am a huge ride chicken and was terrified and therefore could not offer her any encouragement. I think if her dad had been next to her and able to touch her hand and offer her support, that she might have been fine. Or, even if one of her brothers had been on her other side it might have helped. Instead, she was in between her terrified mom and a complete stranger. We learned our lesson fast and for the rest of the trip all new rides were tried first with her sitting with Daddy, but it was too late for FJ.

Thanks for the pictures. I feel much better about letting my son ride.
