For those who took a Dec. trip...a park hours ??

Hi,

I should have paid attention to park hours posted last month, but since we're taking a Dec. trip (06), I'm curious what times the parks open and close in general. It's too soon to get the official word. Can you tell I like to plan?

We're going mid-Dec--the 10th through the 20th. Any experience when the parks open and close during those dates? Also, what time do Wishes and IllumiNations happen in those winter seasons?

Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure that from December 23rd-Jan2nd i believe Magic Kingdom is open until 12 or 1 am. EPCOT is always open till 9:30, AK will be open until 5 or 6? and MGM will mostly be open until 10 or 10:30. This are all PM times. That's what I remember from our past trip December 05. I expect they will be the same every year.

Most of December, until the week of Christmas, MK closes 6:00p on Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri for the MVMCP event and usually it's open till 8:00p Monday and Wed with EMH Wed and MK is open late Saturday, till 11:00p. Wishes will be Saturday around 10:00p and Spectro around 9:00p and 11:00p and Monday Wednesday will have Wishes and Spectro.

MGM closes at 8:00p most nights with Fantasmic at 7:00p most nights.

Illuminations is always 9:30p.

AK is always open till 5:00p

If you put in those dates for hours on the Disboards calculator it will tell you unofficial hours. Those hours are what last years hours were for the most part.

I'll try, but if it doesn't work the tab at the top of the page here that says Park Hours is where it is. Just scroll down the page about half way and you can put in your dates. It will say unofficial for that time frame but it is based on last December's hours.
