For those who switched their iPhone from AT&T to Verizon...

Have you noticed a difference in service? Pros / cons with the move?

According to my dh you can't actually do that. The iphone for at&t is different than the iphone with verizon. We discussed it but he decided to get the iphone4 (he had the 3) and stick with at&t.

You can do that in the sense you move to Verizon and buy a new iPhone there and terminate your contract with AT&T.

My SIL dumped her AT&T Iphone for Verizon. She LOVES it!!!!! She has an AT&T since the first day of release of the very first phone. She has never been able to use it in her own house. Or in half the places she travels too, San Fran, Colorado etc. Her Verizon phone works great in her house, so she is ecstatic. She is not real big on using the web on her phone, so I can't comment on that part of it.
