For those who struggle with the working out part, let's celebrate our daily successes

Did it! 1 hour power yoga. Not exactly the cardio work out I need, but it did get me off my butt! (in fact, my butt seems never to touch the floor in power yoga!:p ) Maybe DH and I will hit the mall today w/o the kids and power walk. It DID snow here last night. 8 inches!:p :p :p Nobody goes out even with 2-3 inches, so the mall will be empty! (they even cancelled chuch!) Keep it up! Let me see a few more posts! It will keep me going. Thanks to everybody!

Today I did 45 min. on the EFX transporter, then 12 weigh training exercises including 4 abs. The benefit is MY MOOD more than anything. Best wishes!

I totally agree with the mood thing! Once I actually start exercising, my whole day improves. I do feel like it's all about me, even for ten mins., if that's all I can afford. Of course, I tell my family I'm doing it for them..."You want me to see you graduate and get married, don't you?" LOL! :p Good luck to you, too!
