What cab company is the best? We are thinking of taking a cab to go to one of the Disney outlets and do some shopping. I wanted to try and find out how much this would cost. And what companies there are. Or wether there is a flat rate for something like this. Anyone done this before? What was the cost? If anyone knows the company names I might just call to ask??? I'm not sure what is best. THanks for any help! :thumbsup2

Oh we are looking at going to the Prime Outlets on Oakridge Road where they have Character Premier and the Character Warehouse.

Lee

I remember reading about this awhile back and people posted to catch a bus from dtd and tell the driver where you want to go. He will tell you what bus and where and when to catch it back. It was super cheap and they do a route there and back. I cant remember but someone posted it was like $35. to get there and back.

Checker Cab is the only company that is allowed to solicit for business on WDW property. They are operated by Mears. You can find them at DTD, all theme parks, and all of the resorts just waiting for passengers.

The alternative... take the Lynx 50 from the Transportation Center to SeaWorld, and connect to the I-Ride Trolley. $1.50 per person for Lynx, and $1.00 per person for the Trolley, each way. Exact change only.

i was just wondering what the lynx is and the trolley? This is my first time to walt disney and does it take you directly there? Thanks

Lynx = Public transit bus $1.50 to ride.
I-RIDE Trolley = runs up and down I-drive... $1.00 to ride
