For those who have stayed in refurbished DLH rooms

I am arriving tomorrow afternoon and was thinking about asking if any refurbished rooms are open when I check in. Before I do I wanted to ask how much construction is going on over there. Is it noisy with the work going on? I would hate to request the rooms only to find that construction makes then miserable to be in.
