Always look at inserts as a "fix" for a problem, and not as a desired accessory. Find the correct shoe and you won't have to mess with adding things that your shoe wasn't designed to accept. You will save money because you won't have to buy inserts and you shoes will last longer. You will also have the added bonus of having the shoes perform in the way that they were designed.
