Just wondering what you all do on the night of October 31 if you are not going to MNSSHP?
We were there last year and had the resort pool practically all to ourselves that evening (I think there was one other family).
If you go to another park are they at all crowded?(i'm thinking no). And are they doing anything for Halloween (giving out candy or anything?)
Thanks!

We've been there for Halloween a couple of times and will be again this year. The first year, we went "trick or treating" at DTD. It was pretty lame as each store gave out Disney stickers (which they often do any time) and the same little candy bars. Really no thought or creativity went into it at all. I think the other time we spent the evening in one of the parks but I don't remember to be honest. DD will be 9 this year and probably won't care. We'll probably just treat it as a regular vacation nite and not do anything special. If she wants to dress up, then we'll see what our options are. Maybe we'll drive into a housing development and do some real trick-or-treating.

We were there last year on Halloween. We went to MNSSHP on the 26th (I think) and then hung out at the Boardwalk on the 31st. They have a party on the Green with a DJ, cookie decorating, games for the kids, etc. We don't have kids, but enjoyed walking around for a while and then sitting outside on the balcony of the Belle Vue Room and watched. It was fun.

We were at Epcot on Halloween a few years ago and it was fun. There were a lot of people dressed up - especially kids. Also, the "villian" charachters were the ones on the Euro bus, which was very cool. I thought it was fun!

Anyone been to MGM? What do they do Halloween night?:scratchin

I would also like to hear what people do. We have been twice to MNSSHP and are thinking of doing something different on 10/31.

We'll be at pleasure island! We were there last year and were selected to be the special guest of the evening because of our costumes and got to go up on stage at midnight and set of the fireworks. It was a great evening and look forward to returning this year. Keep an eye out for the "bone daddies"!
