What the heck are you saying to these CM's? Everytime I call they say you need to have a PIN code or know the PIN code!

To answer the question, they sent out another email containing the pin that was missing from the first email. There is also a book it now link included that you can use as well to access your discount:goodvibes

My pin got sent to me a few days later with an "Ooops" so maybe its coming.
