For those that added on via mail. ?? about a paper in that packet???

Okay our fed ex box arrived yesterday. I opened it up and I noticed that one of the papers says I owe 800 more in down payments and that it is due by 9/6 and then another paper that says something about the 800 gift card being given for the down payment. I know I can call...but I am guessing that paper saying we owe that is just a paper everyone gets and that the other paper takes care of that 800 with that gift card thingie. Thanks
