I was coming home last night on I-95 around Richmond Hill Georgia and found that the 3 lane highway has been converted to a 1/2 lane trail!

They are working on the inner two lanes at night, so, be prepared for long delays. The traffic does flow, but, it's real slow.

I seem to remember reading that there are a few other stretches in the area under construction around the exits, but, I didn't go that far north.

Please plan accordingly!

Thank you for posting this information. I would guess that the work stops with daylight, does it?

The paper says 7:00pm through 7:00am thru Sunday, so, yes, it seems to be night work only.

Just be careful!

Thanks so much for the great tip! We'll be heading that way on our way home on May 18th, but shouldn't reach that area til 7:30 am, so hopefully we'll avoid most of the delays. Does anyone know if there are also delays traveling Southbound? TIA!

No listing in the paper. I had no problems going south last night, but, things do change.

Place that always bothered me was Brunswick, but, I think they finally finished there.

We are hitting the road late tomorrow night/early Fri morning & just wondering if there were any updates on the paving project? Hoping to get thru GA on 95S before 7 pm. We are returning up 95N on 5/18 - does anyone know if the project will still be going on then? Hoping to hit the Savannah area between 7-8 am when heading North. Thanks! :goodvibes

Just got the message!

I hope you get this.

Nothing in the paper as of this typing.

Good luck!
