This is true. I was a waitress for years. I waited on the same guy every day for 3 years. He always came in during a rush and ordered a glass of sweet tea and always asked for a free refill and never tipped. It would tick me off because he would sit there for a good hour. I was a fast waitress and could have made a couple bucks off that table during that hour! But I was always very nice to him...I kind of felt sorry for him actually.
Then one day he left a dollar. You could have knocked me over with a feather. But he never tipped me again. Go figure.
