For those of you who have used David's Vacation Rentals...

Hi everyone. I've been lurking lately at some Trip Reports and have noticed a few families that have used DVC rentals as part of their vacation. I have a question, is this a trustworthy way to possibly booking a room for a Disney vacation? Has anyone had any issues using this?

I'm very curious, because it almost seems too good to be true! We are doing some research on taking my parents next March and we are very interested in this possibility, but I would love to hear some reviews.

We booked through him last June and had no problems at all what so ever. We had one of our best trips ever. I highly recommend !!

we booked with them for our trip last minute. It was very easy and no problems. I would recommend it especially for 1st timers who are not sure if they want to rent

I used David's rentals for my trip last Feb. It was great! Smooth transaction, no hiccups in checking in, etc. I would recommend them! I was a bit too scared to rent from someone directly on the boards, so I went with him. =)
