I have a DVD called Pilates Sculpt and it is awesome. There is a 20min segment of weights/light cardio and 35 minutes of Pilates. I also like Pick Your Spot Pilates, which is broken up into 4 10min segments (legs, abs, butt, total body). I also have Pilates for Dummies which has a beginner and intermediate workout. I think to see the best results you should do it at least 3-4x a week.
