For those of you that have used Dreams Unlimited Travel

for booking your Disney World vacation. What was your experience like with them? Where there any problems? Are they easy to work with?

I have used them once. It was a good experience for me. They got me a really good rate at (that time it was still) Dixie Landings. I decided to extend my days a bit and they also got me the rate for my extra days even though the deal was expired. They made all my dining reservations. I just told them what I wanted and what days/approximate times...and they did it all.

I've used them everytime I've been to WDW and needed reservations, and I've used them for two cruises.

They did great every time!

Highly recommended...you can't do better, and it is awesome to support them after all the help they provide us with.

I used them for our WDW trip in 2005; I realized I made a big mistake for our trip in WDW in 2000 when trying to do most of it myself and with a SW Airlines package; from now on its Dreams Unlimited for me; they were awesome; I must have asked a thousand questions, they were very prompt in responding; they got me an awesome rate at Riverside (when the codes came out way into my reservation they e-mailed me that morning); they did all of my dining for me; it was just so easy I can't imagine doing it any other way; kudos to them

We used them for two of our cruises. One we had no problems.

The second one I called them with a question about the trip insurance (that we bought through them) and Cathy (I think that was the Dreams agent I worked with that time) told me to call the insurance company.
As our Dreams TA I thought she should have called them herself and then let me know the answer.

If we take another Disney cruise in the future, I would book it myself with Disney directly as I've done with our Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruises.

We used them for three cruises and one WDW vacation. We're using them for our upcoming cruise as well, but will probably book this year's WDW package in Germany as the low Dollar makes booking over here considerably less expensive.
Their service is fast, reliable and always friendly. They even managed to secure us a pontoon boat for an IllumiNations cruise once, which is not exactly an easy task!!!
