I've been checking accuweather and weather.com for a week now and they show very different forecasts for this weekend thru monday.

Accuweather shows rain only at night on Sat, Mon. Weather.com shows rain and lots of it for the next 5 days.

Can anyone tell me what they are forecasting on your tv networks? I'm so hoping it won't rain or at least not that much.:sad1:

Thanks!

I am in L.A. I have the local news on TV right now. In fact, they did the weather a little while ago and I completely ignored it. The only thing I recall is that is supposed to rain tonight (Wednesday). It seems like the last time I saw the 5-day forecast, it was showing rain off and on, but I am sure there is a more up-to-date forecast. They should be doing another weather forecast within the next 15 minutes or so, so I will post again then. I will see what they say and let you know!

Okay, they just did a weather report. It is supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow. Then it is supposed to be dry on Friday and Saturday, with maybe a slight chance of some sprinkles overnight, from Saturday into Sunday, but then the rest of Sunday (Jan. 25th) looks dry. Of course, this could all change by tomorrow, but that is what our local Fox station just said as of now, and I am right smack dab in the heart of L.A.

Thanks sherry! That doesn't look too bad. I was just hoping it wasn't going to be buckets of rain.

You're welcome! Apparently, tomorrow (Thursday) is supposed to be the substantial rain day. Otherwise, it looks fairly dry (but a little cloudy) for the next few days, with the exception of the possible light rain overnight from Saturday into Sunday. If I see anything change in the forecast between today and tomorrow, I will post it. And this forecast on my local news ("Good Day L.A.") covers Los Angeles and "Inland Orange County," which includes Anaheim, I think. Today it is supposed to be 77 degrees in L.A. and Anaheim is supposed to be 78 degrees.:goodvibes

When they say 90% chance of rain, they really mean 10% chance of rain, and when they mean 20% chance of rain, they mean 90% chance of rain. :D

too unpredictable. :(

So true Albort! haha!

In Orange County, it rained last night a little bit, sprinkles.
Light rain today in some areas, very light, but in So. Cal, that's rain.
As of now they are saying rain tomorrow, Sunday night, and Monday with "showers clearing" on Tuesday.

Temps have cooled greatly in the last few days. Mid-low 60s during the day, high 50s - mid 40s during the night.
