For those of us that own Kidani, when will our dues show online?

Since Kidani opens tomorrow I was just wondering when our dues amount will show on the DVC member website. Every time I've checked it still says that I owe 0.00

I was wondering the same thing. I have been checking regularly. I assume it will show up some time in May comsidering the first monthly payment will probably be due on June 1st.

Disney financing and annual dues are separate payments. Your first dues payment will probably not occur until June 15th. You will receive a dues statement in the mail with the payment dates. That statement probably will not be out until after the 15th of May.

When we purchase back in 2007, our Jambo House unit had an occupancy date of July 1. The dues statement was dated July 18th with the first payment due in Aug.

If you purchase and finance through Disney before the occupancy date, when do your monthly payments come due, after closing?

Our first payment was one month after closing. We purchased in May 2007, closing was estimated to be in June (not sure when it really happened), the unit was open the begining of July and our first loan payment was July 15.

My understanding is that payments will begin in 2 to 3 months after purchase.

I hope it works out like that for us then too! I wouldn't mind waiting another month to pay the dues! Thanks!

As of today, they are still not showing up online. Perhaps soemtime this week they will since I'm guessing they have to be "generated" first. This will be the first full business week for DVC's administrative people (or whomever) to work on it.

That's what mine are, too. I'm just confused, because I guess I didn't expect property tax of $66. It makes sense though, but I had never been warned. I assume this is an every year additional expense. How do you know how much it will be each year?

It depends on what you select. You can call MS acctg. and ask them to wswitch your date.
