Personally, I am loving WDW as it is now. I was never a huge "show" person, so the parades, fireworks and shows being shut down don't bother me at all. The reduced capacity needs to stay. I know Disney needs to make a profit, but I think the crowds were getting out of hand, and if done right, they can still make a profit with less people in the parks, just not as much. I was never a fan of FP+, so that can stay gone. The lines are much more bearable without FP+. Now, if they want to go back to the daily FP system, I would be OK with that. Having to plan out weeks in advance to make a reservation for a ride as always been ridiculous, IMO. If Disney could use this opportunity to reset and go back to pre-2010ish, I would be happy. Cap attendance, and get rid of FP+ would be my recommendations. :)

I hope they continue cleaning the ride vehicles frequently, and providing hand sanitizer at ride exits. Also their restrooms seemed cleaner lately, which would be a great improvement to maintain.

The boat “cavalcades” at Animal Kingdom should stay. They are adorable, they’re a quick way to see characters (they could really bring out the “rarer” characters that don’t necessarily have a specific meet-and-greet spot), and they’re out of the way enough that they wouldn’t disrupt crowd flow. (They are literally on the water. It’s not likely anyone is walking there.)

I do want “regular” character meets back, but this is really cute and works well.

I did not miss being packed in like sardines on the buses, and I loved always being guaranteed a seat.

It was also nice never having to share the Skyliner.

I have not been since January 2010 so I am just getting my park fill off of watching the videos this is what I would like to see.
FastPass go to the MaxPass concept that would be free if you stay at a Disney Owned resort including those staying DVC and half price for annual pass holders and those staying at one of the similiar to a good neighbor hotel which would include the swan and dolphin. Set the price at a daily rate as well as you purchase 6 days upfront you get up to a 10 day length of stay useage.

On property transportation every rearend has a seat with the exception of children in strollers on any transportation that you don't have to fold up a stoller before you get on board. Also children that are obviously lap age would not count but would be restricted to one child per adult holding them to figure how many people can fit at a time. When we went we tended to shut down the parks each night much to the dismay of some fellow travelers one who pitched a fit that we gasp had our 5 and 2 year olds out at 11 PM (excuse me it was only 9 pm back home and my DH works a night shift so unless I wanted to spend all day hushing small children so he could sleep it was let them stay up later so they got up around 8:30 in the morning opposed to 5 am) so we were often late enough that there was not the huge rush to get the bus back to CBR where we were staying. My parents, aunt, sister, brother and his family which consisted of a 4 and 7 year old often ended up going back to the resort during the heavier bus usage time. There were many times that my mom and aunt would end up holding my brother's kids while the rest of them stood on the bus as well as one time that only my aunt was able to sit holding both kids and my mom held onto the back of the seat. Due to our going a bit later to return to the resort my family only had one trip where any of us needed to stand which resulted in my DH standing so that another mom could sit and hold her child who was also around 2 years of age and my holding both of our children. I would say that up to about age 7 or 8 would be the limit for a child being held by an adult. Notice that is an adult not a 12 year old holding a 8 or 9 year old sibling.
Lines we don't need to be close enough to step on each other but I don't see 6 feet working long term so a 2-3 foot distance would be nice to see.
Bathrooms kept clean, handwashing stations outside of the bathrooms around the parks-we have these in the barns at my local fair to encourage people to wash their hands after petting the animals and let me tell you they are really popular with parents of small children to use to grab a paper towel get it wet and wipe little faces and hands. These would encourage going and washing hands after having a snack for both kids and adults. Hand sanitizer stations as long as they are clearly labeled as to what type of rubbing alcohol is used-my oldest daughter's best friend is allergic to corn so would need to know if it made from the corn based or not.
More tables for seating outside so that people are not walking around as much with snacks would be lovely to see along with benches. While it wouldn't be required to sit and have your snack the option would be nice especially if you have small children or are attempting to eat something a little bit more messy-apples and caramel, chips and cheese sauce, a turkey leg. It would be especially nice if these were in a variety of places some close to a fountain, some close to a performing group such as a juggler, or a band playing, and some even out of the way but still in a nice spot for those who need a space to go and just decompress or handle a child on the verge of a sensory melt down. Sometimes grabbing a popcorn or other snack and going off in a semi private place and sitting while eatting is enough to recharge and calm down.

You are correct, but I really miss the interactions.
Hs is not the same with out the storm troopers harassing people etc. And we really like the laugh factory.
