For those going for XMAS, are you...

decorating your room? If so what are you doing? I am looking for suggestions that won't require a lot of luggage space. I thought about the Christmas tree from Disney Floral, but I can't bring myself to pay that kind of money. Any help is appreicated. TIA!

We always take some disney window clings and a cheap small pre-lit christmas tree. When we are ready to leave, we pass it along to someone else (unless we are checking out after New Years) rather than carrying it back in luggage. I have seen many people also decorate with lights but I always skip those!

If you want to decorate any more and not waste any luggage space, make a quick stop to a dollar store or walmart before going to your hotel.

We are bringing lights, window clings, stockings, and a 3 ft. tree I got at WalMart.

I like the window clings, we are not renting a car so a stop at anywhere but the grocery is out. What about spray snow? Will Disney allow you to use it ont he windows of your room?

I purchased a 3 foot pre-lit Christmas tree from the Walmart website for $15.98 plus shipping. I'm going to package it and send it down ahead of time to the resort, along with some Christmas presents. I don't want to worry about taking an extra suitcase and we won't have a car for this trip.

That is a good idea too, I could ship some stuf down there and then just give it away since we are leaving Chritmas night or toss it, I don't mind tossing it if it's only around $20 bucks.

If you are on the BW look up above the bakery and u will see our balcony....Small Mickey and Minnie, lights on the railing, window clings, you can see our 5ft. tree (Target for $17), and then I have small stockings I hang on the mirror with suction cup hooks. I also buy that wire garland and hang that around a bit.

I send down a box every year with the same stuff and a few gifts, but I leave the tree. I buy a new one and it comes in a small box with a handle so I just check it with the luggage.
