Hi all,
So i also got the thanks but no thanks letter last night. Maybe disney does not want us, but here is your chance to prove to the dis that you are a true "disney mom/dad" here on the dis.

So here are the rules...
Answer the 3 questions in the post above yours( no word limit)
Then post 3 questions of your own and the next poster will answer your 3 questions and then post his/her own 3 questions.

Lets show the dis we got what it takes to me offical Dissers disney moms or dads.

To those who made it, good luck and yes, you can join us here and play as well!!

Question 1.
Where in disney can you play a treasure hunt, looking for paintbrushes to possible be rewarded free fast passes??

Question 2.
You are visiting the magic kingdom all day on a tuesday, you plan to have breakfast and dinner at the MK with a few snacks in between. So tell us what are your Adr's and you choice of snacks??

Question 3.
You are visiting epcot, what are your touring plans for this park. What's first to do here??

So remember answer these 3 and then post your own 3 about disney and so on and so on.

1) Tom Sawyer's Island
2) Breakfast--Crystal Palace
Dinner--Plaza Restaurant or CRT if I can get through on the phone!
Snacks--popcorn, Mickey Head ice cream, and Dole Whip, of course.
Without an ADR, I'd have a tuna sandwich for dinner at Columbia Harbor House, BTW.
3) First, head to Soarin' and grab a FP. Then go back to Nemo at Living Seas and ride it. Sea Turtle Talk with Crush. Mosey over to ride Soarin' and Living with the Land. Get FP for TT. Head over to WS. Start on the left (Mexico) and work around. Come back to FW and ride TT. Do Spaceship Earth at the end of the day.

4) Where can you get Tonga Toast?
5) Who is Bob Jackson and why should you see him?
6) Is it EE better in the front or the back?

Fun!

You can find Tonga Toast at the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian.

Bob Jackson plays the piano and is fun, family entertainment at Port Orleans Riverside, River Roost.

EE is best in the middle!!! Yes!!! There is actually one seat in the middle that makes you feel as though you've "looped" when going backwards. No matter where you sit though, be sure to take in the skyline to your left while climbing the Mountain. It's a Disney landscape!!!

If I can only pick 2 snacks while walking through the WS at Epcot, what should they be? Why?

Is that one or two questions? Is this #3??? LOL

What is your favorite moderate resort?

If I can only hold 1 FP at a time, which should I get first, Sorin' or Test Track?

See now, that's interesting to me. We always ask for the front, but the CMs tell us the back is the best. I'd love to find the perfect middle seat for the loop effect. How cool! :)

Next?

Two snacks... how about Kaki Gori from Japan (in assorted flavors) to quench your thirst on a hot afternoon and a funnel cake with strawberries from American Adventure to eat while you take a break and people watch.

I think that was just one question. :)

Favorite moderate resort is the Carribean Beach. (Love the tropical theme)

Most definitely a FP for Soarin'.

If you had to bring back one treat from Goofy's Candy Cauldron, which would you choose?

Quick: Cinderella's Royal Table or Restaurant Akershus for breakfast with the princesses?

What is the best water activity for teens?

Questions:

1.) Where is the most economical place I can stay onsite with a family of 5?

2.) How soon before my trip do I need to make my advance dining reservations (ADR's)?

3.) If I'm staying onsite, but have a car there, is there a fee to park at the parks, and if so, how much is it?

Questions:

1.) Where is the most economical place I can stay onsite with a family of 5?

That's easy! DVC of course. I mean, you already paid for it years ago. ;)

2.) How soon before my trip do I need to make my advance dining reservations (ADR's)?

180 days + 10 (190) because you always stay onsite.

3.) If I'm staying onsite, but have a car there, is there a fee to park at the parks, and if so, how much is it? I believe it's free for you to park, but I could be wrong. I've always used ME.

1. I don't know how to fit all of the AK shows into my day. Which ones are must-sees?

2. Same question, but this time, for Disney Studios.

3. I want to book a tour that my whole family can enjoy. What are my options?

BTW- This may become my new favorite thread!

1.) If you camp, a no hook-up site in Ft. Wilderness campground is the most economical place to stay onsite.
If you'd prefer a hotel while at Disney the most affordable place to stay would be the value resorts. If you have a child in a crib, a regular room would work for you. If you have older children, there are family suites available which come equipped with a fridge, but two standard rooms are slightly less expensive than the suites.

2. Most ADR's can be booked 180 days prior to your trip, there are a few exceptions though -http://www.pscalculator.net/pscalc.php

3. Parking is free to resort guests.

1. Which water park is best for little kids?
2. How much is it to park at the parks if I stay off-site?
3. If I have a rental stroller and want to take the train in the MK from Main Street to Frontierland how does that work? I thought you weren't allowed to take rental strollers on the train?

1. I would think Typhoon lagoon is better for the little ones, but don't quote me on it.

2. When driving to Walt Disney World and visiting the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios or Animal Kingdom, you can expect to pay the following Disney World parking fees:

$11.00 - Car/Taxi/Shuttle/Limousine/Motorcycle
$12.00 - Camper/Trailer $15.00 - Bus/Tractor Trailer

3. Once you pay to rent a stroller, keep proof that you payed and rented one for that day. Then you can get a replacement one if you misplace or lose yours. Very commonly some strollers are taken by other guest, not on purpose but because they all look a like.
Here are some places you can get a replacement rental stroller for free upon showing proof you payed for a rental that day. Maybe take the train and go get a replacement stroller?

Magic Kingdom

Stroller Shop

Main rental is to the right as enter the turnstiles

Replacements:

Main Street U.S.A. at Strollers/Wheelchairs

Frontierland at the Trading Post

Tomorrowland at the Tomorrowland Terrace

Okay, maybe question 2 was too difficult. Tremaine is the last name of Cinderella.

Questions 1 & 3 are pretty easy.
