For the Love of Fitness... And Disney! - February Exercise Challenge


Catching up on this thread after a few days off line. Great numbers, everyone!!

I think my last post was from 2/14 at my Dad's. I was a slug the next couple of days, but did exercise on the 17th. Then the 18th, 19th, and part of the 20th were park days (Universal - I know, "The Dark Side", but it was fun. - I'm a big Harry Potter nut!) Anyway, I estimated a "regular walking" number based on a percentage of how long were there - since it's a lot of walking, but all chopped up:

2/17 - 40 minute yoga class and 15 minute walk with DS
2/18 - 120 minutes (park est.)
2/19 - 90 minutes (park est.)
2/20 - 60 minutes (park est. + airports)

New grand total = 685/500!
 
Wow, I've been really bad at updating this month!

Tuesday: 85 minutes of total body
Friday: 60 minutes of lower body
Saturday: 50 minutes of upper body

Ordered some heavier weights, I was doing the lower body workout and felt that the weights added absolutely nothing so it's time to move up. I've been using the 5lbs weights a lot more during upper body work outs as well(I'm feeling it a lot today haha)
