Really? That's funny how we are opposite. I want to visit Florida & WDW so badly. Although, I am dreading the long flight (5+ hours). The longest flight that I have been on is 2.5 hours and that was long enough.
Have you ever been to California?

Haha, I need something to keep my time occupied. Movie nights help when I have nothing to do trip planning wise. I try not to go over the top, I don't plan activities and get minimal supplies at the dollar store. I think that helps me be consistent with them.

That is exactly how I look at character meals too, eat & greet. Love being able to do both at the same time.

You guys are gonna LOVE WDW. There are so many amazingly magical things to do and see. I think you're making a great choice on the character meals; I agree on the two birds, one stone. We are a group of big girls and we still adore a good character meal!

I think we are going to love WDW too! We loved DL SO much and WDW is much bigger and has 2 more parks. How can we go wrong?!

Our latest FMN was Pirate's of the Caribbean. The whole family was excited about the theme this week. We had a great deal of fun with this one. The kids really liked making the pirate flags for the bread ships. They also thought the "Treasure chest" was pretty cool.






On a side note, we are almost ready to book and I can't wait for it to feel more official!

This weeks movie night was Haunted Mansion. The kids really enjoyed dipping body parts in Madame Leota's dip. We also had spiders in our ice cubes which they thought was hilarious. They also thought the graveyard brownies with headstones was pretty cool.





I can't believe we have been doing movie nights for 10 weeks already. It doesn't seem like it's been that long. Maybe this will work to make the time pass more quickly.

I am eagerly awaiting our flight dates to be released so I can start watching airline prices and get an idea of the time we will arrive in Florida. Our arrival date is available, just not our departure date. I can't wait to start digging into more planning.

I love your movie nights so far! They are so cute and creative! My BF and I are going on a ten day trip in March 2015 and I was thinking about trying to do movie nights to pass the time and get us ready but I didn't know if he would go for them. He isn't the biggest Disney fan, but I am trying to get him into it a little.

Can't wait to see what you guys do for the rest of your movie nights!!

We just finished our first family movie night! We are doing this weekly until our trip. The kids had so much fun tonight, they really enjoyed it. We did the movie, dinner and let the kids choose a board game to play. They chose Yahtzee.

We are going in September as well and we also deemed every Saturday Disney movie party night. Disney planning is so much fun!!!!

This Halloween week we did Nightmare Before Christmas, I thought it was quite fitting. We had to bump up our movie night this week because of Halloween.

I have to admit, a year ago I had only seen bits and pieces of this movie and really didn't care for what I had seen. However, after riding the Haunted Mansion in DL that was transformed into NBC, I had to watch the whole thing. I absolutely love this movie now and was very excited to have this movie night.

The kids loved the green juice and enjoyed making their own Jack pizzas.

Love the NBC movie night! I think this is another one I might be able to get BF into! I might have to try this one tonight since we don't have any other Halloween plans!

I coach for Pop Warner and the girls are 10-13. I have a PTR going for my trip in March and there are pictures in there of my girls. We won at our league competition so we are going to Regionals in a few weeks!
