My husband I found something that is GRREAT. I dont know if your stores will have it but it is buffalo meat. It taste just like beef but a lot less fat...I was kind of scared to try it I grew up on a cattle ranch were beef is king.. but Im going to buy buffalo meat from now on. 6 oz. is only 2 grams of fat...
