For Rider Swap, when do you need to identify the accompanying rider?

From what I can find, a 2nd person can ride with the person (let's say, Group B) that's waiting with the under-height child, so they don't have to ride alone. Does that 2nd person have to wait outside the ride too? Or can they ride with the rest of "Group A", and then ride again, along with the waiting person?

Also do they need to ride immediately after Group A, or can it be later in the day?

When you get the rider swap added to the waiting party, you add the person re-riding at the same time.

Very good. And do you know if there's flexibility with when they can return to ride? Can they come back later in the day?
