* Accommodates four adults plus one child under age three in a crib

* Microwave oven and coffeemaker
* Ceiling fan
* Color cable television
* Private balcony or porch

I'd like to rent for $2300 OBO. Our kids' spring break was moved to the week following this one and we can't use the week.

Don't think you will get many offers on this. The going rate on renting points is $10 a point and this is only 134 points so you are off by about a grand.

Just curious, do you have four kids and if you do, do you and your husband and four kids stay in a studio? We also have four kids and thought the studio would be too small. Let me know your opinion.

We do have 4 kids. Our youngest is not quite 3 months old. however. This was going to be our first opportunity to stay at a Disney resort, so I can't comment on the size of the room.

We have 3 children, (DD15, DD9, DD2) and myself and my DH. You CAN fit 5 people in a studio, if one child is in a crib. But you WILL be cramped. I would only do it if it is the ONLY way to afford staying on property. A one bedroom is much more comfortable and includes the full kitchen with a laundry room. I think you would be very pleased staying in a one bedroom!
