Holiday bookings are extremely difficult at the moment and have come to find that dates have been booked 10 seconds in at the 11 month window at times. Hi James, Unfortunately Concierge studios are fully booked through the 11 month window (actually booked through 11 months and a day (all rooms booked for min 2 days at moment).

There is full availability at VGF for all studios. With the open of resort studios there has been less pressure on the deluxe studios. I still prefer the deluxe given the kitchenette and the queen & Twin Murphy beds.

Hi, I can definitely help you with the requested reservation. For Payment, I accept Check, zelle or venmo/PayPal

The terms of the rental are $20/pt with 60% due within 10 days of receiving confirmation email with reservation number. The final 40% due 90 days from check in. I am also willing to move the reservation once if need and can move until check in august 2024.

I do work with a rental agreement and can send you references if you prefer. If you would like to continue in moving forward we can keep continue talked through PM
