Everytime I have flown to MCO I have always taken the very first flight out (7:00 a.m.) I was just wondering how busy (full) a later flight would be. Anyone out there care to guess how many empty seats have been available on a later flight? I am hoping to travel Southwest in early, mid-December.

HI, In general Fri.Sat. and Sun. are usually the first days in a week BOOKED solid. So it would depend on what day of the week you were hoping to fly on.I usually take the earliest flight if it is the LAST one offered at the cheapest fare, because for 7am flight I would want to be at the airport for 5am. This means I would have to be up at 4am and leave the house at about 4:30am to park car and shuttle over to airport. I always stay up late the night before we go to WDW,so that 7am flight leaves me EXHAUSTED by the time we get there!! I am hoping to book the 11:30am flight in July, arrive in Orlando about 2pm,get to WDW,chek-in to Hotel and have lunch. After lunch our room should be ready and we can rest or head right over to a park! We should have the energy this way to be in a park that evening. Joan
