Hey Guys,

I just had a quick question for ya.. I am a senior Computer Engineer at Virginia Tech with a respectable QCA.. I am also a florida theme park fanatic.. I was wondering if either of you all know of any opportunities for a guy like me down there? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Greg

Your field is represented in the I.S. Department. It's pretty much the same as most corporate I.S. groups, except for some special applications and the support level that they provide.

All of the ride and control systems are not controlled with PC's. It's all specialized hardware for the show side and industrial automation PLC's for the ride controls. It is all under Universal's Engineering Department. The field is automation with life safety systems for rides and digital audio/video/projection control for the show side. It's a very specialized, specific field.

You could send your resume into the Human Resources Department and check back with them. I don't know what the availability of positions are in I.S. at this time.

Good luck.
