You're okay on the byte size for all of your images (the total byte size has to be under 35K), but the images are too large pixel-wise. All of your images must fit into a 400 x 400 pixel area.

I'll add the sizing tags to your two photos to make them fit... you can take a look at your signature in the "user cp" to see what I've done...
