planning and hoping to eat at CRT for my youngest DD's b-day next year (she'll be turning 4) and I want to do BBB pre-park opening then blast thru some Fantasyland rides then request the first seating time for lunch...

just wondering

and must try that Smores Fudge :thumbsup2
I would do BBB in before park opening then go for a late breakfast. The other two times we ate in the castle, I was full all day from the meal. Both times were later in the breakfast not right at park opening.
One of my girls did BBB and loved it. Check the disney store after Halloween for the costumes on sale. I have to post the BBB pictures.

Sorry to hear you had such poor service at LeCellier and at the Castle. We did the Castle breakfast, won't do it again. Was one of those for the memories for DD. but totally not worth it food wise/service wise in my opinion! Our Le Celleir experience was wonderful though, and can't wait to return!
Have I mentioned how darling your girls are?!?!? precious!

Just found your reviews....love them!! :goodvibes

and those two little ones are cuties!!

Yep. Preplated on individual plates, not family style.

Not so much individual orders. There are 2 choices for adults the hot or cold. The kids don't get any choices. Then they are supposed to give you more of any or all of the stuff you had.

No. The lunch is more like a traditional restaurant menu, where you order an individual item and do not get refills.

thanks for all the info...gives me something to think about and what would be easier for the kids! plus I guess I can have my first choice of times and then 2nd when I go to book that ADR next spring!

have to look over those menus again.

I have costumes already :thumbsup2 I bought DD who will be 4 next yr hers after last Halloween....Snow White, plus I have Cindy. My other DD's have Alice and Belle.

after sales is truly the best way to get "real" Disney dresses :goodvibes

LC does get a ton of hype here...although your is one of many opinions...but seeing that you guys dine TS a lot at Disney I'll take it for something.

I do not like steak but DH does...we'll be goin in May of '11 for a solo parent 15 yr anni trip and want to dine at TS plces we wouldn't w/ the kids...will think more about this LC hype.... :scratchin:

thanks again

fab reviews, i can't wait for Narcoossee's now :cool1:

Thanks. You'll enjoy Narcoossee's.

You're welcome.

Great reviews! Thanks!

Thanks.

Just read your whole report, loved the reviews! I was wondering where you found the FUZE drinks, my son loves those! :thumbsup2

Thanks. I found it at the snack stand in Mickey's Toontown Fair across from Minnie's House.

oh, loved your comparison of the cheese soup to fondue with a spoon...but that's exactly what we do with the cheese soup: we use it as dip for the bread sticks...serious yum!

Never tried actually eating it as a soup, mmmm, what a novel idea:lmao:

Glad you enjoyed your filet...we love those.

Really, I think the main reason Le Cellier is so hard to get is that it is so small - it's just that one room with what, 30 tables? Well, don't know how many there really are, but it's not very many tables in there at all.

Complete WDW to the rescue! Le Cellier seats 156, the same as Garden Grill and San Ángel Inn. Most Epcot restaurants on the DDP seat between 200-400 though.

Just read the whole thing, from start to finish - awesome! Thanks for posting - only 8 more weeks till I'm tucking into puffed french toast at CP and I can't wait :thumbsup2

Thanks for the update on LeCellier (I'm so glad you like it) I'm still going back and forth with this one.

Of course, I did that too. I also dipped one of DD's celery sticks which was good as well. Don't get me wrong, the soup and pretzel bread was pretty good, just not up to the level of the hype.

Thanks. I am back at the grind, but I will definitely finish the reviews from home.

Love the puffed french toast.

I liked Le Cellier's food. It's worth a try.

‘Ohana is my favorite character breakfast spot at WDW. It is not the best food per se, I would give that title to Crystal Palace, I think it’s the pace of the whole meal and the friendliness of the staff, or maybe it’s the POG juice. The coffee is good too.

We arrived for 8:05 ADR at 7:55, we checked in at 8:03 and were promptly seated at 8:04. Our server was “cousin” Katie T from Akron and she was awesome. If you go to ‘Ohana for breakfast, I hope you get Katie.

‘Ohana is located in the Polynesian resort. It has characters at breakfast time and features Lilo and Stitch as well as Mickey and Pluto in Hawaiian attire. The breakfast is served family style and is all you care to eat.

Here’s what we had to eat:
Fruit plate
P1010299.jpg

Pineapple bread and cinnamon raisin bread (I don’t remember any raisins, but DW insists there were)
P1010320.jpg

The family style skillet
P1010310.jpg

Mickey waffles
P1010321.jpg

DW requested egg whites

Stitch got Katie into the antics by insisting that she pour him some coffee. Here’s Stitch on his coffee break.

The characters also lead the children around the restaurant in a parade with maracas.

DW and I each gave ‘Ohana 4.5 and Mrs. Potts gave it 3.5 for a total of 12.5/15

Without the DxDDP it would have cost us $84.09

Another great update. We never ate at Ohana, I guess we need to try for our Dec trip b/c we have upgraded to Deluxe dinning. I'm not really crazy about the food selection.

glad O'Hana delievered :thumbsup2

we ate there for our first time last June and just loved it too....that juice was YUMMY!!!!!, my kids didn't really like the juice so that meant more for me ;)

Stitch is just so awesome there...he came by are table twice once in the autograph round and then once to play a trick on me....I was signing our tip reciept when behind my shoulder a heard a "PSST!" I assume when I turn around it will be one of my kids....not.

It was a big blue head and I jumped out of my seat :scared1:

Stitch and my DD Aldine got the best laugh out of that!

we also love the interaction at Ohana Breakfast - I like to let people know that come after the first seatings - that Ohana seats by sections - so the characters go around to each person in a section - when that section is cleared completely then the Ohana staff seat the next group of people waiting - which means -

that waiting area can be pretty full of people!!

so we usually do this on our last day - sit and relax, no worries, Ohana time!!

I didn't find the waiting at Ohana any worse then the other breakfast places. It was better then our wait at Norway. But when we went to Kona Cafe for breakfast, there was a huge line to check in to Ohana.

Yeah it took awhile for Aurora to actually try the juice, but when she did it went straight to her head and she literally bounced out of 'Ohana chanting "pog juice, pog juice, pog juice". Ariel won't touch the stuff, so more for me too.

I think that they tend to do this at a lot of the character breakfasts. We had a very long wait at Norway. When we were done eating, the entire place was empty and there was a huge line outside, including a guy who got there before we checked in.
