Me and Dfamily went driving today and with the weather being sooo nice, we decided to play nothing but Disney music and pretend that we were going on a trip. So, as we were passing scenes on the highway, we would say what that part reminded us of!! It was sooo much fun!!:cool1:

I was just wondering if anyone else does the same thing---driving somewhere and see something that reminds you of Disney or better yet, a certain smell!! For me, it's the smell of fresh coffee in the morning at McDonalds and pancakes!!! :cloud9: :cloud9:

So, if any of you have any of these "visions of Disney" while you're traveling, I would love to hear them!!!!!

Have a magic day, night, and life!!!!:yay: :yay:

Yes, many a time we say we ought to just head south and just go to WDW. We get these feelings when we're out and about early in the morning, day is starting off balmy, heat fog in the air and the sun just coming up, reminds us of the early morning days in WDW as the sun is breaking in the Florida heat and the resort is just waking up, we would sit and have our mug of coffee and watch the pool come to life, nothing is better than that.

We usually say to each other, remember last trip when we were at the pool, no real plans for the day, breakfast from the food court in hand sitting at a umbrella table watching the day come alive how thankful we are to be here, on vacation in WDW. We just loiter, no rush, totally relaxed and absorbed in the beauty of the resort knowing we have so many blessing and a day full of enjoyment planned but don't want to break the moment, we sit, make a memory and have another mug of coffee. Talk about priceless, as good as being in the MK, under the train station, the smell of popcorn and then the view up Main Street and the castle, takes your breath away. We always have Disney music on an Ipod in the car and play it often, especially EPCOT Millennium Parade, takes any funk away, problems disappear and puts us into a happy mood.

There are some days when we get in the car to go to work we wish we could just turn around and keep driving down to Disney. Some days when the weather is nice I wish we could just drive the few hours and stay down there for a bit to play. Needless to say, my work is very stressful so even a day trip to Ocala a half hour away is a nice escape. But with DH still laid up from emergency surgery a week ago it doesn't look like we'll be doing much of anything for awhile.

I hear you on that one!!;) I'm always wishing that I could just leave and go down to Disney!!!!
