If I decide to bite the bullet and RD FoP and then Na'vi, what time could I expect to get to Safari? I would plan to get there 90 minutes before opening on a non-EMH morning. We are 2 active walkers but not willing to push and shove .
If you are there that early, it should put you near the front of the RD line. Unless a large groups runs in front of you, your wait for FoP should be under 15 minutes, and 15 mintues for pre-show and ride. After the ride, Navi should be very short line as well, would expect the line about 15 minutes or less and a short ride. I would expect you could be headed to Safari within about an hour of RD (90 minutes at worst).

Depending on how early you can be to rope drop you could be at the Safari around 30 minutes after opening. If you can be at the park 90 minutes before official opening you will at or near the from of the line headed towards FoP, especially if you are active walkers. I did it one morning last August and I am no longer an 'active' walker. Since I was a single rider I got pulled into the first flight of the day and was back out in front of FoP by 9:01am for a 9am opening. I headed over to Navi River and was back out in Pandora by 9:17am. If you are a quick walker you could be up at the Safari by 9:30am.
Here is my trip report from my early August Pandora rope drop visit last year:
