FOP at Park Closing

Does anyone have experience for how long the wait is if getting in line just before park closing?

As with anything, it varies. It is usually a good time to go, and the actual wait is often less than the posted wait. Less than an hour (as opposed to 2 hours or more) is not uncommon.

I personally haven't done it.. But from this board of people saying their wait with getting in line right near park closing, I usually see seem say they waited about 45-90 min. Sometimes more, sometimes less. It all depends. But definitely lower waits vs early afternoon

I checked FoP wait times on Touring Plans recently. The posted wait was up to 240 minutes within 10 minutes of park opening then down to 30 minutes within 10 minutes of park closing on the same day.

Do they allow people to get in line right up to park closing? Is there a point where they cut people off from getting in line? This may be an option if we don’t get FP+.
