Was wondering if Food & Wine booths will be open all week or just on weekends? Any info would be appreciated!

I don't think Disney has said either way this year. But last year there were some open midweek. If I remember correctly they weren't open for the full operating day. The main thing that they restricted to weekends were the demonstrations and paid events.
