The culinary demonstrations involve a short presentation by a winery, a cooking demo by a chef, a small glass of wine, and a small plate of what the chef has demoed (prepared by a separate kitchen).

According to the registration site, "Guests under the age of 21 may not register for any of the wine/beverage seminars. In addition, guests under 21 will not receive any alcoholic beverages provided as part of the culinary demonstrations."

That sounds to me as if under-21s can register for the culinary demos and attend. They just won't be served the small glass of wine.

In past years, the servers checked IDs for anyone who looked young. I would expect the same this year.
