Quick Food & Wine Festival question for all of you experts on here. On our Epcot day (going during an EMH day so it will be a full day) I booked us for a 6pm dinner at Via Napoli, however, I'm wondering if we should even plan on having a table service dinner that day? We have never been during Food & Wine so we don't know if we will be stuffed all day from eating everything the park has to offer with the event or if it is more of snack foods and we will appreciate having an actual sit down meal towards the end of the day.

Any input is much appreciated thank you!

It's little portions but they really add up. With the adr cancel fee, I would pass on an adr and enjoy the food booths, esp if it's your first time

Cancel your reservation!!!! We spend a few days each year at F&W and never get one. There's just too much to eat! Enjoy... It's awesome!!!!!!

Definitely agree! We went last year, had a ADR at la hacienda and canceled it.

I had this same question, thank you! We have reservations at Coral Reef at 7:20pm but I really dont know how necessary it would be.

So good to know, thank you! Will definitely be canceling our dinner reservation then. Can't wait to try everything!

We're planning on sharing snacks around the world from morning to mid afternoon and then back to the resort for a swim and a nap. Then returning early evening for a nice sit down meal at Spice Road followed by Illuminations to cap off our evening. I think the lines will be shorter and the heat a little more comfortable by splitting it up and we can still enjoy a yummy sit down meal. I could be wrong, but that's our plan for this year.

We have pretty much the same plan except we'll be doing Coral Reef at 7:20. Im just concerned we wont make Illuminations:-/

That's one reason we picked Spice Road. Hopefully we'll get seated where we can have a view of Illuminations. I know it's not guaranteed so my backup plan is skipping dessert if time is getting tight and we have no view and find a spot outside. If we do miss Illuminations, it will just give me a reason to start planning my next trip though so no worries.

We either make food & wine our meals for the day, or we make sure dinner is much later in the evening. Either way, yes, there is more than enough food to keep you super full at food & wine without an ADR! Enjoy! :)

We are planning several afternoon EPCOT days so that we can snack our way around.....but I still have ADRs scheduled 5 out of 6 nights. This is our first time for F&W but I figured if we had 3 afternoons we wouldn't have to cram that lovely food in all at once. Our evening ADRs are for 7:30pm or later most evenings. I'm sure we'll be hungary! Not sure how all of this will figure in with seeing the other parks, though. Too early to schedule FPs. We'll probably spend mornings in the other parks then hop over to EPCOT by 11am (at least for those 3 days).......like I said, it's our first time for F&W so plans are subject to change. We haven't been to WDW since Dec 2012.....what are the cancellation rules for ADRs? Back then they only required cc to hold ressies at some of the more popular/expensive places.

We don't do TS on our Food & Wine days (2 days out of 8). There's just too much to eat at the booths. We want to try as many of the offerings as possible.

As for the drinks and the wine....are they a decent size or are they basically a sample size?
