Planning a trip to WDW with the family in November. Our dates hit the last few days of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. Our first park day is Saturday, November 12th (a Saturday, the last F&W Saturday, and Dapper Day) so thinking we probably should avoid going that night. Sunday night I think we are going to do MVMCP with the kids. Which leaves us with Monday, November 14th (the very last day of the F&W Festival this year).

Has anyone been to the Food & Wine Festival on the very last night? If so, what was your experience?

(Note: we are going to do the evening at F&W without the kids - sending them to Lilo's Playhouse that evening)

I did in 2013. Some of the food choices ran out later in the day, the only time I saw that happen.

I was there for the final day in 2014. It was the one and only time I have gone to F&W, so I can't compare it to a normal F & W day. The crowds weren't bad at all, but it was rainy in the late afternoon, so maybe some people stayed away because of the weather. Although I was able to get everything I wanted from the kiosks, I recall that there were some items that had sold out. The longest line I saw was in Canada, probably for the cheddar cheese soup. I didn't see more than a few people in line at any other kiosk.

It will really depends on the weather! If the weather is good except big crowds in the afternoon. At night on that last day the crowds start to thin out around 6 in the evening.

Ooh, it's Dapper Day on Nov. 12? That's awesome! That's our first park day as well. We're going to hit up F&W on the 12th, 13th, & 14th during the day for sure, but we are prepared that it will be super busy. And we won't go anywhere near it at night.

We were there this year on the last day, it was a madhouse... It was super fun! CROWDED! but everyone was having a great time. Super long lines - no one ran out of food... but crowded. Enjoy!

I was there this past year on the last day. I thought it seemed crowded, but I spoke with several Cast Members who were saying that it wasn't too bad. We ate at Rose & Crown that night, so we didn't eat at the booths. According to Cast Members though, it wasn't too crowded!

We were there for the last four days in 2015. There is so much food that one day just isn't enough.
If you go around lunchtime on some of those days you can try a few different things, and then go elsewhere.
You can take a short boat ride between Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.
The last day/night wasn't bad as far as crowds go and I didn't encounter any kiosks that were out of anything.
They accepted snack credits for the kiosks last year.
It is also worthwhile to find the schedule for the "Eat to the Beat" concerts. Three shows a night.

Last year we were there on the final day and didn't think crowds were too bad. The weekend prior was much busier, but even that wasn't unbearable.

Went the last day in 2013. I had been in 2009 in the middle of the event. I found the last day in 2013 to be busier than 2009, but I also think it was due to the fact of weekday vs. weekend. Either way, it is still my favorite event at WDW and we are planning to go again this November.

We were there for the last day in 2015. We started on the Mexico side right when the booths opened then ate and drank our way to Canada. Like previous posters have said, it was crowded and lines were long, but it was delicious and fun...and there was plenty of food to go around.

Because there was so much to do in one day, I downloaded the menus before we left so that we could prioritize what booths we wanted to try. I think that strategy help us be able to try most everything we wanted to in one day.
